You must complete 32 hours of Classroom Driver Education and 14 hours of In Car instruction (A certificate of completion form DE-964 or PT DE-964 is required). Watch 2 hour ITTD video and have valid completion certificate (expires 90 days after date of issue). Must have a DE-964 (Commercial Driving School) and/or PT-964 (Parent Taught)
Must have completed an approved Teen Driver Education Program (32 Classroom hours and 14 In/Car hours of instruction). Must have a valid permit and have held permit for a minimum of 6 months.
